Waterloo Bay Hotel

Amazing food but waited forever for our food and they weren't that busy. Adults food arrived before the kids. We also had a very moody guy taking orders. I know we all have bad days but he made it very obvious he was in a bad mood and he wasn't that pleasant. Staff can really make or break a place! Always have a good experience with yummy food though!

Booked into the restaurant area for Dads 86th, was perfect as we where the only people in that area. Food was excellent. The young lady who severed us was wonderful, she was very helpful and did her best which was appreciated. Will be back again Thanks

We went for lunch to the Waterloo today with friends , which sadly wasnt the greatest We been several times including our daughters wedding reception many years back. We could not believe the exorbitant to prices! 3 out of 4 meals were very average. Fish dish was very dry and the vegetable salad, the broccoli was burnt, vegetables quite tasteless with a lack of dressing. Not simething id rush back for.

We booked a table for 5 for dinner and to watch the footy. We could not see the screen so your young female employee reorganised the tables to fit us out in front of the screen. Thank u !
