Waterloo Bay Hotel

Amazing food but waited forever for our food and they weren't that busy. Adults food arrived before the kids. We also had a very moody guy taking orders. I know we all have bad days but he made it very obvious he was in a bad mood and he wasn't that pleasant. Staff can really make or break a place! Always have a good experience with yummy food though!

Thankyou for a great place where our family could celebrate mothers day. Our grand kids had a ball in the play area, Thankyou. My wife said the beef pie was delicious, she doesn't normally buy pies. So that's a big compliment to your kitchen 😃

Booked into the restaurant area for Dads 86th, was perfect as we where the only people in that area. Food was excellent. The young lady who severed us was wonderful, she was very helpful and did her best which was appreciated. Will be back again Thanks

I just want to say a huge thank you to Sarah. She noticed we were struggling to locate certain areas of the hotel. She was kind and made us feel like we were not a burden with all the questions we had. She truely went above and beyond to made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Rooms nice and clean, but a chair or two would have been wonderful, especially with the space in the room. Easy access to trains. Parking great. Ales were nice and chilled. Impressed that the red wines, were checked for freshness prior to being served. Compliments to your staff on that!!
