What Pub Bookings is

Pub Bookings is a directory of pub accommodation across Australia and New Zealand. We connect travellers with publicans — we are not a booking agent, we do not process payments, and we do not take commission on bookings. Any booking you make is a direct arrangement between you and the pub.

Enquiries and bookings

• When you send an enquiry through the site, it goes to the publican of the pub you selected. The publican — not Pub Bookings — is responsible for responding, confirming availability, setting prices, and honouring any booking.
• Room details, prices, photos, and amenities shown on listings are indicative and provided by or on behalf of each pub. Always confirm the details that matter to you directly with the pub before you travel.
• Any dispute about a stay, payment, or cancellation is between you and the pub.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false or misleading enquiries, scraping or bulk-harvesting listing data, attempting to interfere with the operation of the site, or using our forms to send spam or unlawful content. We may block access or remove content to protect the service and the pubs listed on it.

Listings and content

We aim to keep listings accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that every detail is complete, correct, or up to date. Reviews and ratings shown on listings are sourced from Google and reflect the opinions of their authors, not ours. Site content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors — you may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without permission.

For publicans

Listing terms — including fees, inclusions, and the free trial period — are set out when you register your interest and in the listing agreement we provide before your listing goes live. By supplying content for your listing you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to display it on the directory.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which may give you rights we cannot exclude — we provide the directory “as is” and are not liable for loss arising from your dealings with any pub, from listing inaccuracies, or from interruptions to the service.

General
