The Glen Hotel and Suites

Group of 11 had a work dinner here. No staff in the gaming room area to serve drinks, so had to find a bar with staff. The price of RTD's are highway robbery...$16.40 for 1 drink is over the top. We then headed in for our meal, the greeting we received was good but from then on the evening went downhill. The young girl who took our orders, missed 1 meal and we were all finished before that meal finally showed up. She never returned to our table to apologize (another staff member took over) The food was good but not great considering the price. I had the chicken burger, which was overcooked and very spicy (not specified on the menu) I can't eat spicy food...so bun and salad for $26...overall a dissappointing night.

The room service was exceptional! No other hotel/motel has better standard of quality in between Brisbane and the gold coast. Also super convenient with the location just of the M1 motorway 🛣️ :D I got room service in for dinner and breakfast and they were super speedy, I ordered 7 different plates for dinner and they were all well presented hot and tasty.. same for the breakfast that I have a photo attached aswell. I can without any hesitation recommend anyone to book at The Glen Hotel Suites

My granddaughter and I had lunch in the restaurant. The food was great but the service was sub-standard. I had to ask a staff member how we ordered our food and he had to find someone else to take our order. The staff spent more time talking to each other than they did checking on guests. Empty plates left on tables and glasses left empty. I had to go to the bar to get a drink in a waiter service area.

Not much of service required as it is vert user friendly. The matrass is bit worn out since average people are bit over weighted. I just need to sleep at the middle of it then it's fine.

Great spot for a catch up, although we didn't get to experience all they have to offer, what we did experience was lovely. Food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. If I could recommend anything, look into the fly problem, we were inside yet we were constantly shoowing flys away throughout our time.
