Didn't stay here but had Friday night drinks with friends. Spacious pub with multiple indoor/outdoor spaces. A good range of drinks but not cheap even in happy hour. Haven't eaten here but the pizza looks great and is very popular - having sat in the beer garden and watched the pizza making in pizza oven. Friday night has a free sausage sizzle in the public bar and several meat tray raffles. Plenty of parking with Liquorkand on site for takeaways. Lovely views over Pummicestone Passage.

Rooms are tidy and clean. Older in style, but that doesn't worry us one bit. Clean and very suitable for short night stop or longer weeks to explore. Location is right on the beach front. Stay, grab dinner and sit out the front and watch the sunset. If it is cold the staff will bring out heaters.

The hotel provided a very clean spacious room. They had the heater on in the room upon arrival. I had an amazing sleep. It was so quiet and cosy. The dinner was really good value and the staff gave good old fashion hospitality

Place needs a good clean on outside tables especially , a water blast wouldn’t go astray near playground. $38 for 5 10cm lamb ribs that were nothing to write home about. My Thai fish curry wasn’t too bad. $51 for a bottle of Pinot Grigio .

Bistro is huge with large outdoor dining areas, extensive menu options including seniors option. We had Fish chips salad and Chicken parmigiana chips & salad, both excellent, staff were friendly particularly Jay. Mens toilet a little average but bistro was very clean.
