4.2 / 5 from 644 Google reviewsCame in for dinner, ordered 5 dishes, (two of which were dumplings) by the time my friend got back from ordering drinks at the bar the food was ready. Never had quicker service especially around dinner. Food was great as well. 10/10 would recommend.
The lady behind the bar was great, recommended the Chinese lunch. $12 lunch special build your own dish was insane. Highly recommend food was really good not too heavy. Great spot for a beer and lunch whilst watching the races on a Saturday.
In for Sunday lunch, it was later so didn't want a big meal. We had a Shared Plate from Chinese menu if I went to the supermarket and bought a box of cocktail selection it would have been better. Remove it from your menu! Other food looked OK. Felt like staff were tired and over serving people. It was all a bit sad and tired.
Could you get a better combo than delicious Chinese food in a pub?! Satay chicken, sizzling beef and steamed dumplings were all excellent.
Great fire. Great service. Could of made way for a dance floor but over all nice country pub vibe
