Paragon Hotel

Didnt stay long. Just had a quick beer whilst waiting for a take away pizza. Very busy place which is nice to see. Pizza was lovely and even though it was busy it didnt take long to be made. I saw a lot of other meals coming out and they all looked good too. Would recommend to anyone looking for good quality, well made pub food.

Would give 3 and a half stars overall. Had dinner on Tuesday and Thursday last week. Tuesday's dinner was fantastic as was the service, 5 🌟 . Thursday was a different story, ordered our meal (was busy, but) after 35 minutes had to ask one of the servers about our order. Delivered within 3 minutes!!! Partner had steak which looked great, steak and chips were barly warm. I had the roast pork dinner, barly warm. Can only surmise that was cooked at the apropriate time but overlooked. Would have sent back but had no time. Hence 31/2 stars

Great food with nice outside /beer garden area. Pub gets really busy. Flies are bad in beer garden in summer and could use a couple of ceiling fans installed above but otherwise fab. lovely staff through out. Have had many good meals here. $17 Roast lunch special (m-f) is worth the trip 🤗

Had a wonderful experience today at lunchtime. The bar staff in particular a lovely girl who served me had a beautiful smile and so friendly. Would recommend definitely to have a meal there.Great food and drinks

We had a great night at this beautiful, historic pub. It has a great atmosphere with very friendly, helpful staff. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, just the way we ordered it. Great location to the centre of town, the accomodation is amazing. We will definitely visit again.
