Calamvale Hotel Suites and Conference Centre

A bit of a late post, but we celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday in the Garden Bar on 28 March and just wanted to say how impressed we were with everything from start to finish. The vibe was amazing, the staff and management were attentive, friendly, and made the whole night feel easy and stress-free. The food and platters were absolutely incredible, the drinks were great, and the karaoke at the end of the night was such a fun way to top everything off. Honestly, this is really just a shoutout to all the staff who worked that night. Every single staff member we came across was amazing — so friendly, helpful, attentive, and just so on point from the beginning of the event right through to the end. The team bringing food out, cleaning up, helping with speeches, security, and even assisting us at the end of the night with vendors went above and beyond. We truly couldn’t fault the team. Aside from some inaccurate information we received beforehand from the Events Manager, the staff and managers working on the night made everything run smoothly and were more than accommodating. The only thing that would have topped it off even more would have been if the TV was compatible for slideshows, but aside from that, the Garden Bar was perfect and we would absolutely host another event there again in the future. Such great value for money and such a memorable night for our family. Thank you so much to everyone involved — you guys were awesome.

We had our staff Christmas party on Wed 10/12. The staff were amazing especially Adrian and Crystal who were super helpful when I did th booking. Allowing me to choose my own tables, where we wanted to be situated, and allowed us to come and add our own decorations. Th girls on that day were so friendly and helpful they helped me set up and make th tables beautiful. My boss and colleagues were very impressed. The food was yum and service was efficient and timely no delays. Great teamwork Calamvale restaurant staff, as a result another branch of our service has also booked their Christmas party there due to our recommendation. Merry Christmas Calamvale Restaurant staff u guys rock!!!

Beautiful service at the restaurant. Hubby loved his stake, my little ones loved their oyster and stake. My salmon was cooked beautifully. Ohh Mr Allister who served us had an amazing personality, even the ladies who checked up on us. It’s our third time here and never seems to amaze me with the service. A+ for overall visit from us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The food was great, the service was friendly, and overall we had a lovely meal at Calamvale Hotel restaurant. However, a special mention must go to the grey chairs at the back of the restaurant. Sitting down on one was less of a dining experience and more of a trust exercise. The moment I sat down, I saw my past, present and future. To be fair, the chair held on longer than my nerves did, but I think it's time for a well-earned retirement. If those chairs could talk, they'd probably be asking for workers' compensation. Replace the grey chairs and you've got yourselves a near-perfect venue!

Went for the mother's day breakfast, amazing variety. Only thing I would ask is to add a lactose free option for milk, otherwise we all left full and satisfied. Always a pleasure to go and see AJ, an amazing host who ensures the service runs smoothly ❤️❤️
