I went to see the Matildas at Olympic Park. This location was wonderful. I usually stay with family or friends who all live on the outskirts of Sydney. This was great for the price. Bed was lovely and comfy. Fairly quiet for over a pub. Lovely and clean. Tea and coffee facility was much appreciated. Room had small fridge. Air con. Television but didn't have a clue how to use that. Showers was hot. Lovely clean towels. Soap and shampoo provided. No fuss on leaving. Box for dropping keys when leaving. Very nice for the price. It will be where I stay from now on when I visit Olympic Park.
Great hotel for a really great price. You check in at the bar and are given keys to the rooms which are through a door next-store. The room has everything we need including good AC and is cost and comfortable. There are no elevators but only 3 floors so very doable. We didn't get any noise in our room from the bar or the street. We did a room with the shared bathroom which has been clean and easy. My only complaint is that you have to bring your own hand soap to the women's bathroom (the men's and shower room has soap dispensers which is much easier)
This place was a last minute booking as our car broke down so unplanned but we were so happy after checking in and exploring the area. The room was only $100 for the night it was clean as! The shared bathroom not far from the rooms and super clean, there’s a massive smart tv ac a mini fridge and the friendliest staff in the bar great value highly recommend if you need accom in the area also super close to the strathfeild square where you can get awesome foods and sit and enjoy. We will be back.
The bistro has gone Nepalese. My dinner was quite nice. Security aggressively defend the rights of smokers not to be offended by the smell of food. Live music was a plesant novelty. (This has been my local for a long, long time.)
Within 200 km of Strathfield — for the road trippers.
